Job summary

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Vice President in London to lead client engagements within Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory, while growing the PV practice. The role integrates with the Financial Valuation Advisory team and supports cross-selling across FVA, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring offerings.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis skills, experience in valuation of complex securities, and proven leadership in managing Analysts/Associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in financial services for Vice Presidents.
• Prior structured product valuation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced accounting, finance, financial modeling and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing Analysts/Associates or other personnel.
• Entrepreneurial attitude: desire and willingness to support a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and financial due diligence sessions with clients.
• Value structured and asset-backed investments; guide valuation approaches.
• Lead the valuation review process and ensure quality control.
• Direct the efforts of Analysts and Financial Analysts on engagements.
• Present valuation analyses and conclusions to clients and internally.
