Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Master and Reference Data domain to lead complex Corporate Action initiatives and manage data modelling and interface design. You will collaborate with clients and internal partners to shape the product roadmap and ensure data quality across feeds.

The role requires strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and experience with cloud APIs. A global, cross-functional team works across locations and vendors to deliver AI-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or data roles.
• Experience documenting epics and user stories.
• Expertise in master/reference data and corporate actions domain.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and data modeling skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business and Functional Requirements, Epics, and User Stories for complex Corporate Action initiatives.
• Drive Product Backlog management, refinement, and sprint prioritization.
• Lead Data Modelling, Mapping across vendors and internal feeds.
• Data Mining, Profiling, Transformation, and advanced SQL validation.
• Work closely with stakeholders - Clients across lines of businesses, Operational partners, IT, PMO.
• Drive interface strategy and design - Web GUI / API.
• Lead engagements with Data Providers and Vendors (Internal & External).
• Define and govern Golden Copy rules and vendor source hierarchy logic.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process streamlining, and AI-ready data use cases.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, roadmap delivery, user training, and release governance
