Unit4 is seeking a VP, Product & Engineering to lead the Product & Engineering organisation for Coda and FP&A. You will own both engineering and product management end to end, including team, architecture, delivery velocity, and roadmap, with deep engineering expertise as a core strength.

You will report to the General Manager and lead a global team of ~70, shaping long-term strategy, investment plans, and customer outcomes while driving modernization and platform stability.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in engineering leadership, including managing multiple teams.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• Hands-on experience with financial applications.
• Experience leading a global Product & Engineering organisation through growth and modernisation.
• Fluency in Java, C, and TypeScript, with architectural influence.

Aufgaben

• Own the Product & Engineering org for Coda and FP&A end to end, including team, architecture, delivery, and roadmap.
• Define and deliver the long-term strategy for Coda & FP&A, translating priorities into plans.
• Set engineering strategy and technical direction for codebases (Java, C, TypeScript).
• Establish multi-year technology roadmap aligned with product and business priorities.
• Own product strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs with commercial goals.
• Lead relationships with major accounts and connect product choices to outcomes.
• Grow the teams; build succession and operating model for scale.
