Job Description

DASMEN Residential is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Construction to lead and manage all construction and renovation initiatives across our portfolio of properties throughout the United States.

We are a Multi-Family Property Management company with a strong presence. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation, we are committed to delivering high-impact renovation and construction projects that enhance our communities and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all construction and renovation projects across the U.S., ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met
  • Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage contractor relationships, RFPs, and bid processes
  • Oversee project budgets, change orders, schedules, and compliance with local codes and standards
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Collaborate with asset management, operations, and acquisitions teams to prioritize and plan projects
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on project status, budget updates, and risks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA or advanced degree)
  • 6+ years of construction experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record managing multi-site projects in the multi-family housing industry
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and permitting processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the country
