Formación

• Experience in investment banking with M&A advisory focus.
• Strong valuation, deal structuring and transaction process understanding.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and advisory assignments.
• Manage transaction workstreams from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate due diligence and liaise with clients and advisers.
• Oversee financial analyses, valuation materials, and presentations.
• Ensure timely, high-quality client-facing materials.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Support business development and pitching activities.
