Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in private equity and/or investment banking.
• Strong experience with LP-led secondaries in private equity.
• Experience with negotiation and structuring of legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the screening, diligence, structuring, and execution of LP-led investments.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting for completed investments.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
