Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in general management, product management, operations or P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of leading a business unit within a life sciences or biotech organization.
• Strong understanding of global markets and customer dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the business.
• Lead product strategy and development efforts.
• Oversee global manufacturing, supply chain and service delivery operations.
