Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to lead the Custody Tax Product team for the EMEA region. You will translate tax law into business requirements and own end-to-end tax service definitions for custody, guiding internal partners and clients.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop solutions, assess regulatory developments, and oversee implementation of product features, while representing the tax product in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tax laws across jurisdictions with a focus on EMEA.
• Understanding of securities taxation principles and investors.
• Ability to present regulatory and product updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in professional or financial services firms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tax changes and implications across markets for operations and clients.
• Draft and maintain tax service materials reflecting current law and entity taxation.
• Manage tax information in the Tax Intelligence platform.
• Work with local sub-custodians to oversee tax service in markets.
• Draft market flashes and tax product materials.
• Assist business in managing tax risk.
• Partner with Corporate Tax, Legal and Product teams to develop new tax products.
