Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a fund accounting role
• Ability to support technical queries and run a BAU delivery team
• Exposure to private asset or hedge fund structures
• Ability to prioritise BAU, improvements and projects

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level workload oversight of queues and productivity
• Allocate new funds monthly and distribute fairly across the team
• Prepare weekly NAV production metrics report
• Prepare weekly root cause analysis report and actions
• Monitor team performance and development
