Citi London seeks a Vice President-level Product Manager for Equity Execution Algorithms and Smart Order Routing. You will shape the design, delivery, and evolution of electronic trading products used by asset managers and funds.

Hybrid work, cross-functional leadership, and regulatory oversight are central to the role. You will partner with Quant, Technology, and Trading to translate complex requirements into technical outcomes, while driving performance metrics and ensuring governance across

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic trading product management or closely related functions.
• Deep subject matter expertise across Equity Execution Algorithms and SOR.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and latency-sensitive trading.
• Technical proficiency to engage with engineering and quantitative teams.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional programs in a global investment bank.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements governing electronic trading.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product roadmap for Equity Execution Algorithms and SOR platforms.
• Coordinate with Quant, Technology, Trading, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Develop data-driven specifications and KPIs to improve execution quality.
• Iterate algorithmic strategies in response to market structure dynamics.
• Ensure risk and governance policies across the product lifecycle.
