Our large engine value streams for Airbus and Boeing are amongst the companys most significant revenue drivers as well as being of the highest importance for our airline customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Customer Team in Operations to lead a key part of this value stream interfacing directly with our airframer customers as well as co‑ordinating the supply of new airline spare and fleet support engines to internal customers.
Reporting to the SVP Customers within Operations this role leads the account for installed engines for one of our two major airframer customers. These are amongst Rolls‑Royce’s most significant revenue streams. As well as being the voice of the customer into Rolls‑Royce the successful candidate will also represent our views into the customer. The role encompasses participating in the SIOP process buying off the operational plan to support customer needs then working between Rolls‑Royce and the customer through the execution phase dealing with any arisings which may occur.

You will have significant experience in a leadership role in Operations and / or in a customer facing role with a track record of high performance
The challenge is significant and success will require the ability to influence across the extended team including Assembly & Test the Value Streams Services and our functions
You will have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to network teamwork across boundaries and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation as well as with our customers
A high level of business acumen is also required as this is a very significant revenue stream
