Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in project finance, debt advisory, infrastructure finance or energy investment banking.
• Track record of executing debt transactions within renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project finance structures, debt sizing, covenants, credit metrics and lender requirements.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability.
• Experience managing lender processes and negotiating financing terms.
• Strong client-management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution of project finance and debt advisory mandates across renewable energy and energy-transition infrastructure.
• Advise clients on non-recourse and limited-recourse financing; HoldCo and portfolio financing.
• Coordinate lender processes, including term-sheet comparison and negotiations.
• Develop and review detailed financial models and financing scenarios.
• Manage Analysts and Associates on live transactions.
