Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Vice President to scale the Digital Capital Delivery business within the Intelligent Industry capability, blending strategy, technology and engineering delivery to support critical national infrastructure.

You will build offerings, lead a consulting team, and work with Capgemini and partner networks, with hybrid working and senior leadership responsibilities across sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large transformation programs in capital-intensive environments.
• Experience defining and delivering digital strategies for major capital programs.
• Strong track record in building and scaling technology-led transformations.

Responsibilities

• Engage C-Suite level clients to define strategies and roadmaps for capital programs.
• Lead the development of service offerings, delivery models and IP across UK and global teams.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships grounded in delivery impact and measurable value.
• Recruit, develop and lead a consulting team within the Digital Capital Delivery capability.
