WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

The role of VP Design is to lead creative direction for the brand on a seasonal basis, aligning to brand pillars, brand DNA, introducing innovation, and seasonal trend to the product creation process. Delivering business and brand equity growth across the relevant global markets. This role is a key member of the Endura brand Leadership team, responsible for the creative direction, product range design, working collaboratively to define and deliver our business and brand strategies. WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
  • Codifying the brand DNA within our products, across relevant consumer segments, to create a distinct, recognisable, and progressive range of products that elevates the brand in the technical and lifestyle markets. As a key member of the Brand Leadership Team, you will inspire the team with your creative direction to work collaboratively across the business to deliver our business and brand plans.
  • Accountable for the range storytelling and design direction of all the brand products globally, setting the overall creative brand DNA.
  • Contribute to growth partnering with innovation and merchandising teams.
  • Driving the commercial and creating consumer centric NPD and NPI products.
  • Ability to have an aperture that widens and houses‑land highly commercial opportunities and able to focus on innovation to unlock future success.
  • Able to lead, inspire and develop talent within a multi‑disciplinary team of creative designers, and create a team culture which supports them in meeting their full potential.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
  • 10 years consumer product design experience.
  • Deep knowledge in Product Design, Visual/Brand Design and graphic design.
  • Experience leading a design team through team building, mentoring and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Fostering a strong design culture across the organisation.
  • Leading with empathy and encouraging professional development.
  • Aligning design strategy with business goals.
  • Strong design thinking and problem‑solving approach.
