Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in compliance, ethics, and/or risk management, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health organizations.
• 5–7 years in a senior leadership or executive role leading compliance functions.
• Proven experience advising Boards, CEOs, and executive teams on compliance and ethics matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, advising the CEO, Board, and executives on compliance, ethics, and risk matters.
• Lead the design and execution of Vibrant’s enterprise Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with HHS and DOJ guidelines.
• Oversee compliance across clinical, financial, privacy, technology, and operational domains.
