A leading benefits provider is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop new business in the U.K. This role requires building strong relationships with financial advisors to promote retirement plan services. Candidates should have B2B sales experience and a good understanding of retirement plans. The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000-$125,000 with additional commissions.

This new position offers a highly motivated sales professional a groundbreaking opportunity to develop new business and be a critical contributor in our sales efforts focused on wholesaling Sentinel Group’s retirement plan Record-Keeping and Third Party Administrative services to financial advisors.
Filling this critical role is an integral part of Retirement Plan Services growth plan. The successful candidate has a demonstrated track record of hunting and initiating new direct contacts with advisors/brokers and developing those contacts into new prospects.

We are in search of a detail-oriented sales person whose objective is to become the trusted partner for retirement-focused advisors. We want to become the go-to Record-Keeper and Third party Administrator for their book of business.
The candidate should understand that he or she will need to develop direct relationships and work through Advisors in engaging Sentinel as their Record-Keeper and Third Party Administrator.
Sentinel Group has an excellent reputation, but it is not a national brand. Successful sales people will need to bring a superior knowledge of our products and services in order to educate prospects on why Sentinel is a better choice than more recognized brands.
At Sentinel, compensation is calibrated to your geographic location to reflect local market conditions; the posted salary range may vary based on where you live.
