A leading automotive dealership in Hull is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their Volvo site. This full-time role involves motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of automotive sales experience and at least 1 year of sales management experience. You will benefit from a competitive salary with an OTE of up to £65,000 and additional perks such as a company car and pension.

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the dealership management team to develop and execute sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You’ll be a natural problem solver who constantly seeks to improve the way we do things by utilising your motor trade experience, and by motivating and engaging with the team.
You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
