What you'll be doing

• Triage incoming calls from clients
• Deliver accurate legal information in a clear, compassionate way
• Support ongoing casework under supervision
• Ensure all client interactions are well-documented and compliant
• Contribute to research and campaigns based on emerging client issues
• Shadowing advisers in client interviews
