Koala North West is recruiting a Volunteer Recruitment Co-ordinator

Koala North West have been successfully supporting families for 25 years and we are looking for someone who is passionate about the quality of services available for families with children aged 0-11 years.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Recruitment Co-Ordinators to join our friendly team in Cheshire

This role is part time - 16 hours per week

Salary £13.06 per hour (Actual salary £10,865)

Purposes of the job
  • Take lead responsibility for ensuring a sufficient number of volunteers are available to support across Koala Northwest
  • Create content to promote volunteering opportunities at Koala North West using social media platforms, print media and events
  • Ensure volunteer journey is consistent for all Koala North West volunteers
  • Monitor volunteer levels, retention and feedback
  • Work with service leads / managers to ensure recruited volunteers are allocated to relevant staff.
  • Work alongside coordinators and report to service leads / managers
  • Arrange and attend meetings with outside agencies to help recruit potential volunteers and promote volunteering opportunities
