A local charity theatre in York is seeking a Volunteer Finance Director to oversee financial processes and support the Board of Trustees. Candidates should have a recognized accounting qualification and relevant experience in finance. This role involves about 30 hours of work per month, contributing to the vibrant theatre community while making a meaningful difference locally.

You’ll also help out as a Duty Manager at a couple of performances each month—so you’ll really get to be part of the theatre buzz!
You’ll be fully supported and working alongside others—it’s very much a team effort.
We’re looking for someone with a solid financial background who’s ready to bring their expertise to a vibrant community setting.
