A leading community support organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a Criminal Justice Support Volunteer to assist recovery coordinators and engage with service users effectively. The role includes conducting assessments and providing individual support to aid recovery processes. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, receive training, and be part of a dedicated team focused on community welfare.
Purpose of role:
As a Criminal Justice Support Volunteer, you will be working in close collaboration with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators and Criminal Justice Services. You will be assisting Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators in their caseload management, supporting the service user through their community order and/or licence conditions. This will include completing assessments, risk management plans, support in facilitating groups and undertaking one-to-one work and working closely with partner agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to gain experience of working within the criminal justice field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to help you develop within the role.
