Job description

We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this key role, you will recruit, train and support volunteers who help us in our social enterprise. Working closely with all departments and our companions, you’ll ensure volunteers are well‑matched, supported, and able to contribute effectively to our social enterprise.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment that reflects the Emmaus ethos and supports positive outcomes for every companion.
