Duties:

• Help with administrative duties such organising paperwork, filing, and data entering
• Inform and educate the public about the organization’s objectives and mission.
• Support fundraising initiatives by taking part in campaigns and events.
• Oversee and plan volunteers for projects or activities.
• Offer direction and leadership to other volunteers.
• Work with other team volunteers to prepare food and serve it to attendees wherever our charity hosts events.
• Oversee social media profiles and produce interesting content.
• Participate in community outreach campaigns to support public health initiatives.

Experience:

• It is preferred if you have prior volunteer or related work experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organising abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Multiple language proficiency, including Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media management systems
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of public health concepts and procedures.
• The capacity to function both individually and together
