You'll be joining a charity that's grown fast, but kept its soul, and you'll be helping guide us into a financially resilient and impactful future. The role of Treasurer requires some liaison with the CEO and FD in between Board meetings, and attendance at yearly external audit meetings. Our trustees meet around 6 times a year 4.00pm till 6.00pm, in Rotherham, plus occasional half day planning meetings.

Following significant growth over the past 5 years, we now own 160 homes and manage a further 800 across the region, with services shaped around human connection, trauma-informed care, and long-term recovery.
