We are currently looking for a Voids Manager to join our team in Crawley.
Please note this is on a 3 Month FTC.
You will oversee the end-to-end management of void properties within our social housing portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are turned around efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising void periods, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
