Qualifications

• Strong experience in hands-on property maintenance work.
• Good understanding of smart and standard utility meters.
• Physically capable of performing repairs and lock changes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out lock changes for void properties within KPIs.
• Record and resolve gas/electric meter issues.
• Ensure properties are safe and tenancy-ready.
• Perform minor repairs such as leaks and locks.
• Conduct inspections and monitor contractor performance.
