Job Description

As a Void Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and coordinating projects (Empty Homes/Voids) alongside supervisors. You will be responsible of the adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will primarily focus on small projects (Empty Homes/Refurbishments) but will also support with any larger projects. Documentation will be filed via our works management system including any safety documentation, certification and legal documents. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience
  • Understanding of landlord certifications preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential
