Job summary

Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking an Insight and Influence Lead (PO4) to shape children and young people's voices across Children's Services. You will lead the Insight and Influence service, oversee key forums and develop innovative engagement methods to inform policy and service improvements.

You will manage a team including young advisers, build strong relationships with service leaders and partner organisations, and champion safeguarding while driving outcomes for children and families

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging and empowering children and young people.
• Passion for children's rights, participation and co-production.
• Ability to translate insight into meaningful change.
• Experience leading projects and managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Insight and Influence service.
• Oversee and support key participation forums (Young People's Council, Children in Care Council, Care Leavers Forum).
• Coordinate engagement with diverse children and young people.
• Develop innovative approaches to gathering insight and feedback.
• Ensure participation informs strategic planning and service improvement.
