Job Summary

Voice and Unified Communications Projects Engineer (MS Teams Administrator)

We are seeking an experienced Voice and Unified Communications Projects Engineer (MS Teams Administrator) to support the delivery of major telephony and unified communications transformation programmes across ELFT. This role requires a hands‑on project engineer, not a service desk or purely operational support background.

The successful candidate must have strong experience in Microsoft Teams Voice administration and end‑to‑end UC migrations, particularly transitioning services from legacy voice platforms (PSTN, Avaya, etc.) to MS Teams.

This is an on‑site role across East London, Luton, and Bedfordshire, with frequent travel between sites – own transport is essential. The candidate must be London‑based or within short commutable distance.

The environment is fast‑paced and requires someone who is organised, proactive, technically confident, and able to communicate effectively with clinical and operational leaders.
