Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a ServiceNow Data & Platform Lead to own the data architecture, governance and design of the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with delivery, operations and security teams to ensure scalable, secure and compliant solutions that meet business needs across VodafoneThree.

In this role, you will drive platform adoption, maintain data quality, and oversee integrations while upholding enterprise governance standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing, developing, or supporting ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management).
  • Strong data modelling and governance knowledge.
  • Experience with complex enterprise integrations and APIs.
  • Current DV clearance or eligibility/willingness to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ServiceNow data model, CMDB structure and governance framework to ensure scalability and data quality.
  • Lead deployment and continual improvement of ServiceNow modules, integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Embed security by design across platform configurations meeting Vodafone Security requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Operations to drive adoption and reliability.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance optimisation and upgrade readiness.

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do

Lead the design, governance and continual improvement of VodafoneThree's ServiceNow platform. You'll own the ServiceNow data architecture, CMDB structure and governance framework, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure and aligned to business and customer requirements. Working closely with delivery, operations and infrastructure teams, you'll drive platform adoption, data quality and operational excellence.

  • Own the ServiceNow data model, platform architecture, CMDB structure and data governance framework, ensuring consistency, scalability and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Lead the design, deployment and continual improvement of ServiceNow modules, integrations and platform capabilities, ensuring solutions meet current and future business requirements.
  • Embed security by design, ensuring platform configurations, data structures and integrations meet Vodafone Business Security Enhanced and customer security requirements while aligning with enterprise governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Operations teams to drive platform adoption, maintain data quality and deliver a resilient, high-performing ServiceNow environment.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance optimisation, capacity planning, upgrade readiness and operational resilience, translating business and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions that support IT Service Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management capabilities.

Who you are

  • Proven experience implementing, developing, or supporting ServiceNow platforms, with expertise across areas such as ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, or related modules.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, schema design, configuration management and data governance principles.
  • Experience designing and managing ServiceNow platform architectures, integrations, workflows, APIs and platform configurations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain high levels of data quality, governance and CMDB accuracy, ensuring platform scalability and operational effectiveness.
  • Current Security Clearance (DV), or eligibility and willingness to undergo clearance as required by the programme.
  • Experience working within secure or highly regulated environments. Experience of air-gapped and cross-domain architectures is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. ServiceNow certifications would be desirable.
