What you’ll do

This role is within the Mobile Retention Campaigns squad, delivering marketing excellence in Proactive Campaigns and Digital Retention journeys. Reducing churn, driving enrichment and delivering engaging, innovative and relevant campaigns. Working with Vendor partners to deliver strategic CVM campaigns through a robust test and learn roadmap to upgrade customers.

  • Deliver excellent marketing communications to Vodafone customers, driving commercial benefit, customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Produce and execute retention marketing messages across SMS, MMS, e‑mail, push notification and DM.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects brand strategy and tone of voice, is legally compliant and drives positive response.
  • Track and report on impact of all marketing communications, making recommendations for further brand appreciation and engagement.
  • Develop campaigns with a clear lifecycle management approach, identifying appropriate touchpoints and triggers.
  • Ensure customer experience is at the heart of all marketing activity. Develop, challenge and review campaigns considering brand experience.

  • Experience driving a ‘digital first’ agenda, maximizing digital engagement and fulfilment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing across all levels.
  • Operable within fast‑paced, competitive commercial environment. Strong project management skills, managing multiple requirements and challenging timelines. Proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • Experience/awareness of Agile methodologies is beneficial.
