What you’ll do

The Pre‑Sales Team Manager’s role is to manage a team of Solution experts within the UK Enterprise Business, ensuring they are supported, developed and able to make the most of their careers at Vodafone.

The Pre‑Sales Team Manager must have a good understanding of the products and services within the Vodafone portfolio, a good knowledge of the customers that comprise the sales channels and considerable insight into the business and technology issues facing our customers.

This role represents a senior position with the Solution & Service Design job family in which the Pre‑Sales Team Manager should be a role model willing to coach/mentor and develop other members of their team, as well as manage their own professional development.

Who you are
  • Pre‑Sales/Solution Design experience within UK Enterprise customer space.
  • Capable of working in a matrix organisation and able to build strong relationship and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Good leadership skills being able to pull together, lead and grow teams.
  • Industry recognised technical accreditations.
