  • Design and timely and accurate briefing of Segment of One activities to protect churn.
  • Interlock with BCRC for involuntary churn forecasting and performance.
  • Oversight of the involuntary migrations process, and driving opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Align and interlock toolkit with retention strategy to deliver P2P outcomes.

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
