A leading telecommunications company is seeking an IT Support professional based in Stoke-on-Trent. This office-based role offers a salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits. Responsibilities include providing support to users, managing hardware, and assisting with IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems and exceptional customer service skills. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for growth and generous benefits.
Location: Stoke-on-Trent – Office based role, 5 days per week. Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits. Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Duration: 12 months fixed‑term contract.
