Working on key accounts, you will act as a Security Officer, to manage our customers' Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, security technical insight and ensuring that security is an enabler that supports Vodafone and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance to all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Participate in customer security forums and provide management oversight of client security audits
- Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to champion our customer's current and evolving security posture
- Security & Risk assessment, audit and management of major change
- Support account enquiries (Commercial / Service / Technical), Identify security opportunities, and provide bid support, We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators standards.
Qualifications
- Previous track record in managing customers within a Security team, personally delivering security advice, reporting and guidance to clients
- Good understanding of current and future Security landscapes and the challenges faced within changing regulatory and legal frameworks
- Demonstrable technical security depth of knowledge in a variety of technical areas, e.g. DDoS, firewalls, PAM, SIEM, Cloud, Network, Applications and operating systems etc. CCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent (or willing to achieve one or more)
- Industry experience within a Security team
- Must be capable of achieving relevant Security Clearance, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
- Must own, champion and proactively deliver against security obligations, providing regular accurate reporting on security status, risks and issues
- Must be capable of holding and maintaining a developed security clearance (DV)
