Job summary

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a VNA Driver to operate a VNA forklift on a large distribution site in Burnley. You will put away inbound stock, retrieve stock from high-bay racking, replenish picking locations and assist with packing and dispatch.

The role requires a valid VNA forklift licence and prior warehouse experience, with safety-first procedures and reliable, punctual performance. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, with overtime on Saturdays; temporary to permanent

Qualifications

Valid VNA forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR/AITT or equivalent) is required.
Previous VNA truck experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Solid understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
Must be accurate and efficient with stock handling.
Good communication and reliability essential.
Punctual and team-oriented worker.

Responsibilities

Operate VNA trucks safely in accordance with procedures and health and safety regulations.
Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
Retrieve stock from high-bay racking for order picking and dispatch.
Replenish picking locations from bulk storage.
Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and defect reporting.
Load and unload goods and assist with picking/packing as required.
