Job summary

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced VNA forklift drivers for immediate starts at a busy Chalton warehouse in Bedfordshire. You will operate VNA trucks safely and support general warehouse duties as required.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£14–£15), overtime up to £30, weekly pay, and ongoing opportunities with a dedicated recruitment consultant from IRD Recruitment. Immediate start for reliable, qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid, externally obtained VNA forklift licence - essential.
• Previous experience operating a VNA forklift truck.
• Willingness to undertake general warehouse duties.
• Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Operating VNA forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Picking, moving and replenishing stock within warehouse racking systems.
• Loading, unloading and relocating goods as required.
• Supporting general warehouse operations when not operating the forklift.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
