Siamo Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced VNA Driver at Magna Park, Lutterworth. The role involves operating a Very Narrow Aisle forklift within a busy distribution centre, loading/unloading goods and moving pallets to storage locations.

The position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start and a 14:00-22:00 shift, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have a current VNA licence and a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a VNA forklift in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Hold a full, in-date VNA licence.
• Confident operating a VNA truck at height and in narrow aisles.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a VNA forklift in a busy warehouse.
• Loading and unloading goods while maintaining safety.
• Moving pallets to designated storage locations and onto high racking.
• Picking, replenishing and ensuring accurate stock storage.
