Job summary

The Crowd, an international design studio based in London, is seeking an Interiors Focused Visualiser to produce refined 3D visuals for luxury hospitality projects. The role blends artistic judgement with technical precision and involves shaping visuals as AI tools are integrated into the creative process.

Located in central London with hybrid/flexible working, you’ll collaborate with a creative team, develop lighting, materials and camera setups, and contribute to the studio’s evolving visual

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in interior visualisation, ideally within hospitality.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino and Enscape.
• Experience using 3Ds Max, V-Ray and Corona.
• Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interiors with strong composition.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality interior and architectural 3D visualisations using 3ds Max, Corona Render and Photoshop
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts, mood and spatial intent into visuals
• Use AI tools for ideation, composition refinement, texture exploration and image-to-image workflows
• Contribute to the development of AI-enhanced visualisation processes and experiment with new techniques
• Manage and organise visual assets across concept, design development and presentation stages
• Create realistic lighting, materials and camera setups with a cinematic visual approach
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute to the evolution of the visual language

Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 3 years' experience working in interior visualisation ideally within the hospitably sector
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino and Enscape is essential
• Ability to use 3Ds Max, V-Ray and Corona is preferable.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools
• A portfolio that demonstrates photorealistic interiors, strong composition and a clear narrative approach
• Confident working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
