Job description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Woodgreen store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, support selling, and assist the team in delivering a Customer First Experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a visual identity in the store according to H&M guidelines to achieve a customer-first experience.
• Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed.
• Monitor store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in visual merchandising and management.
• A passion for profitability and people.

Availability is fully flexible, including weekends, 7 days a week.
