JD Group is seeking a motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our in-store team in the United Kingdom. You will create window and in-store displays, following seasonal briefs and fashion trends to attract customers and boost sales.

You will alter mannequins and displays through the season, set up promotions with POS, analyse store metrics to optimise product placement, and train colleagues in merchandising best practices.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising or Retail Experience is advantageous.
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and apply in-store.
• Attract customers and drive purchases using advanced visual techniques.
• Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are refreshed seasonally and around events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS.
• Analyse store figures to optimise product placement and floor moves.
