Job summary

& Other Stories in Liverpool is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for maternity cover, full-time 39 hours per week on a 10-month contract. You will shape in-store customer journeys with brand-aligned displays and a strong commercial mindset.

You will interpret sales data, plan window displays, style mannequins, and train team members to uphold high visual merchandising standards while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and creating outfit combinations to inspire purchases.
• Merchandising the shop floor in alignment with company guidelines for cohesive presentation.
• Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and customer experience.
