Job summary

Job Description

This is a permanent full-time 39 hours position based in Exeter. For this position we will require full flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
