Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Bolton is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create compelling in-store displays and windows that reflect our fashion-forward brand and engage customers. You’ll work with the store leadership to present products effectively and boost sales.

The role requires some retail and visual merchandising experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and customer service skills. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Some previous retail experience and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
• An eye for detail, creative flair and awareness of fashion trends and latest styles.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise.
• Strong service focus with experience of delivering an excellent customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through excellent product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays making sure they are commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
• Provide feedback regarding successful product lines and suggestions for refresh and alternative products.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
