Job summary

Primark Oldham is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate product presentation and customer experience across the store.

You will work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to reflect Primark’s customer through compelling displays, windows and mannequin styling, while adapting layouts to local trends and commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with visual merchandising preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and fashion awareness.
• Organised, able to work independently and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VM Manager/Store Manager to present products attractively.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful for local customers.
• Provide feedback on successful lines and refresh ideas.
• Maintain POS materials and update store visuals per guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store management.

Contracted hours: 37.5 per hour
Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

• Working with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through excellent product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays making sure they are commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
• Provide feedback regarding successful product lines and suggestions for refresh and alternative products.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
