Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing British premium fashion and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced Visual Merchandiser. You will own visual presentation across stores and drive premium brand experiences that translate into sales.

You will collaborate with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams to bring seasonal concepts to life, create window schemes, floor plans and product zoning, and support store teams on VM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury fashion visual merchandising.
• Strong eye for brand presentation and product storytelling.
• Ability to design and implement window schemes and boutique/store layouts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seasonal VM concepts across stores.
• Create and implement window schemes, installations and product launches.
• Develop floor plans, product zoning and space allocation.
• Manage seasonal changeovers and product moves.
• Use sales data and weekly KPIs to identify VM opportunities.
• Conduct commercial store walkthroughs with management teams.
• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams.
• Ensure product stories and campaigns are executed consistently.
• Train and support store teams on VM standards and product presentation.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards across all retail environments.

We're partnering with a fast-growing British premium fashion and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced Visual Merchandiser.

Known for its distinctive aesthetic, premium product and strong brand identity, the business has built an impressive following across the UK and internationally and is continuing to invest in its retail presence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Visual Merchandiser who loves creating beautiful retail environments but also understands that great VM needs to drive customer engagement and sales.

You'll work across the brand's retail locations, bringing seasonal concepts, product launches and campaigns to life while partnering closely with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams.

The Role

You'll take ownership of visual presentation across stores, ensuring each space delivers a consistent premium brand experience while responding to individual store performance and commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creative flair with strong commercial awareness.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Visual Merchandising experience within premium or luxury fashion
• Experience creating window schemes and boutique/store layouts
• A strong understanding of product placement, customer flow and space planning
• Confidence interpreting sales performance and KPIs
• Excellent styling and attention to detail
• Experience working collaboratively with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple launches, stores and priorities
• A genuine passion for premium fashion and creating exceptional retail environments
