A leading visitor attraction in Manchester is seeking Visitor Attraction Hosts and Illusions Experts for temporary roles until January 4, 2026. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, providing superior customer service, and engaging with visitors. Candidates should have proven experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. The position offers part-time contracts at a pay rate of £13.00 per hour, with responsibilities including monitoring operations, facilitating experiences, and assisting with promotional work.
Positions Available: Part-Time/Fixed Term.
Rate of Pay: £13.00ph.
Hours: 10 & 16 hour contracts available – must have full availability from start date until 4th January 2026.
Important: We are open every day except Christmas Day – you will be required to work both Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
Opening Times: From 9am – 10pm.

Our Museum staff play an integral role in the success of the Museum by facilitating our exhibits, interacting with Guests of all ages, and helping to maintain our exhibits, all of which contributes greatly to the overall Guest experience at MOI Manchester.
Museum general staff are called ‘Illusion Experts’ and they monitor museum operations for the enjoyment, safety and security of Guest and the Museum of Illusions. All staff should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by warmly welcoming all visitors into the museum and promptly taking care of any customer needs. We welcome team members who are willing to learn new skills for the betterment of our guests. This could include seasonal activities, promotional work or providing enhanced entertainment experiences.
