Job summary

Oakham School is seeking a Visiting Rugby Coach to join our Sports Department and deliver high-quality rugby coaching during the Winter Term 2026 and Spring Term 2027.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 1 coaching qualification (or equivalent), have experience coaching young people, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop players of all abilities and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of the game.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality rugby coaching during Winter Term 2026 and Spring Term 2027.
• Develop players of all abilities, fostering technical skills and teamwork.
• Promote sportsmanship and lifelong enjoyment of rugby.
• Support the Oakham School rugby programme within the Sports Department.
