Home Care Assistant – New Year, New Career!

Start training before Christmas and begin earning in January 2026!

Locations:

• St Albans
• Radlett
• London Colney
• Harpenden
• Wheathampstead
• Redbourn & nearby villages

Pay:

• £14.25/hour (before 6:15pm)
• £15.30/hour (after 6:15pm)
• +50p/hour for QCF Level 3
• Double pay on bank holidays

What You’ll Do:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Meal preparation & light housework
• Medication support
• Companionship & social visits
• Accompany clients to appointments

Shift Patterns:

• Morning shifts (great for school runs):
  • 7:00 – 11:45
  • 8:15 – 13:00
  • 9:30 – 14:15
  • 10:45 – 15:30
• Afternoon/evening shifts also available.
• Work 3–4 weekdays + alternate weekends.
