We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced nurse or paramedic to join us as a Visiting Clinical Care Practitioner /Community Matron. We have already seen fantastic results from our current Community Matron, who works primarily in local care homes. Because of this success, we are expanding the service to include our housebound patients, giving them better continuity, more personalised support, and high‑quality care in the comfort of their own homes.
